Scope of Work

JS Enterprises Custom Landscaping completed a full outdoor living upgrade featuring a new paver patio, custom outdoor kitchen island, and natural‑gas fire pit. The project showcases clean before, middle, and after progress photos, highlighting the transformation from a basic yard into a functional entertainment space.

The patio was built using Basalite pavers, selected for their durability and freeze‑thaw performance in Colorado’s climate. The outdoor kitchen island includes a True Flame 4‑burner BBQ grill, True Flame side burner, and integrated storage cabinets, creating a complete cooking station. On the opposite side, the island features an extended cap overhang designed for bar‑stool seating, adding a comfortable gathering spot.

To enhance ambiance and year‑round usability, the team installed a custom 3′ natural‑gas fire pit. The entire project was completed in approximately two weeks, delivering a polished, ready‑to‑use outdoor living area.
