Our Mission

For nearly three decades, we’ve watched Douglas County grow from rural ranchland to thriving community, and we’ve shaped its landscapes every step of the way. While newcomers struggle with Colorado’s temperamental soil and surprise June snowstorms, we’ve mastered the art of creating outdoor spaces that thrive at 6,224 feet.

JS Enterprises isn’t just another landscaping company with a truck and a business card. We’re Castle Rock Chamber members who live where we work, stake our reputation on every property, and understand that in a town this size, your landscaper better show up when promised. (And yes, we actually return calls: novel concept, we know.)

Whether you’re battling prairie dogs on five acres or maximizing a townhome’s postage-stamp yard, we bring the same meticulous approach: honest and up-front pricing, Colorado-smart plant selection, and the kind of follow-through that’s earned us three decades of word-of-mouth referrals.

Our Vision

To be the landscapers that Castle Rock and the surrounding areas turn to not just for today’s project, but for the next generation’s. In a Colorado where water is precious, seasons are unpredictable, and newcomers learn the hard way that “full sun” means something different at altitude, we’re the steady hands who’ve been here through it all.

We envision a Larkspur where every property works with our high-desert climate instead of against it. Where native grasses replace thirsty Kentucky bluegrass, where xeriscaping doesn’t mean a yard full of rocks, and where your grandkids play on the same thriving landscapes we plant today.

Because in the end, we’re not just cutting grass. We’re cultivating a more beautiful, sustainable Colorado; one property at a time, one season at a time, for the long haul.

Our Founders

Jason and Jeanine Sakry - JE Enterprises

Jason and Jeannine Sakry

For thirty years, Jason and Jeannine have watched Castle Rock transform from sleepy Douglas County outpost to booming suburb, and they've landscaped a lot of it. They know which properties flood when the spring melt hits Palmer Divide, why that gorgeous Kentucky bluegrass lawn three streets over failed (spoiler: altitude and alkaline soil), and exactly how deep prairie dog tunnels run under your future patio.

When you hire JS Enterprises, you're not getting contractors who learned Colorado landscaping from a YouTube video last week. You're getting neighbors who've weathered every drought, every September blizzard, and every HOA regulation change since the '90s. That kind of deep local knowledge? It shows in every thriving landscape they leave behind.
